Refund processing timelines may depend on banks, payment gateways, and internal processing procedures.

No refund may be provided in cases including but not limited to:

• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
• Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
• Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
• Cancellation after order preparation has begun
• Perishable or customized products already prepared
• Delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences, unless there is a proven quality issue

11. Returns and Replacement

Due to the nature of food, beverage, perishable, or consumable products, returns may not be accepted once the product has been delivered, except where required by applicable law or where the product is proven to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfit at the time of delivery.

Any complaint regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported immediately upon delivery, preferably with photographs or supporting evidence.

F & B Factory may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other suitable resolution after reviewing the issue.
